*Delivered within one business day, if you order before 12 PM. Does not include deliveries on weekends and holidays. This means for instance an order received before 12 PM on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, while orders received on a Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.
You can enjoy free shipping to Germany on orders above €150 as well as to mainland EU countries on orders above €200. Please note that returns are excluded from this offer.

MeinEinkauf.ch will then generate an individual email address for you, which you simply enter at checkout in the email address field. For orders outside of Germany, import taxes, customs fees and charges may be levied by the destination country. Import duties and taxes are levied by the respective import customs office and are charged to the recipient. This includes additional charges for custom clearance. For more information please contact your local customs office.
You can send us an email with the updated address, but please be aware that we can only change an order if we haven't yet fulfilled it. We cannot re-route orders that have already been handed over to the shipping provider.
Please note that we do not cover any incurring costs for orders that couldn't be delivered due to address errors.
Note that your parcel will be handed over to one of your neighbours or your local Post Office for pick-up in case you are not home to receive it. Any unclaimed parcels will be sent back to us at your own cost. Please be aware that we can't re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before placing your order.
Simply create a return via our Return Portal, choose Items exchange in the Return method section & let us know what you would like in exchange. Once we receive your return, we'll send you the exchange at no extra cost. Please note that this only works if your desired size is still available. If not, you'll receive a refund within 7 days.
In case you are not using the Return Portal, write down the desired item & size next to Size Exchange on the Exchanges & Returns form included in the package.
While we hope that you will love your new Narah Soleigh piece(s), if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any item(s) within 28 days of the delivery date. Returns that exceed this period will not be accepted.
Please ensure that the returned products still have their hygiene liners and labels attached (if included). We recommend trying on garments over underwear without removing the hygiene liner (bottoms only). When returning an order, if possible, use the original packaging - so we can re-use it again for another customer who selected our RE-USE option.
PS: Please don't return items in our organic cotton bags to avoid damaging them or the hangtags. Instead, add them separately to the package. Thank you!
If you would like to return one or more items, you can either generate your return label via our Return Portal (only available for selected countries*) or send a prepaid package to the following address - using the shipping provider of your choice:
IMPORTANT: If you choose DHL for your return, we recommend returning your package at a DHL Parcel shop instead of a packing station.
Please do not address the package to "Narah Soleigh" & use as little tape as possible so we can re-use the box as many times as possible. Additionally, we recommend choosing a trackable shipping method so we can file a tracking request with the shipping provider in case your parcel gets lost or damaged along the way. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

If you decide to return one or more items via our Return Portal your return costs are paid directly in the last step of the process. The return cost for orders from Germany is 6€, while we charge 10€ for orders from the remaining eligible countries*.

Technically it's possible, but we do not recommend doing it. Shipping times are very long & we have had a lot of issues with lost packages in the past. Therefore we always recommend dropping the package at a DHL parcel shop instead.
During the return process, we provide you with an overview of nearby drop-off points. Please note that these are just suggestions. Depending on your chosen provider, you can drop your return at any DHL parcel shop or DPD pickup shop.
PS: We strongly advise against returning items via DHL packing stations based on several bad experiences in the past and therefore are working on excluding them from the list of drop-off points.
Absolutely. Just add all items in one package & send it back to us. We take care of the rest. This also applies if you decide to create a return via our Return Portal. Just initiate a return for one of the orders & add the items from the other order to the package.
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after receiving & examining your return. Your refund will be credited to the form of payment used to make the purchase.
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released or is not currently in stock. They're shipped to you once available. Pre-orders allow you to order products before they are available. The estimated shipping date is noted on the respective product page. Please note that this is an approximate time frame & delays may occur.
To keep shipping as sustainable as possible, we usually don't split orders. This means the items will be shipped together in one package once the pre-order items become available. If that doesn't work for you, we kindly ask you to place separate orders. This also applies for pre-order items with different shipping date estimates, meaning we ship everything in one package once all items become available.
Example: Item A has an expected shipping date in November, while Item B will ship in December. Your order will be shipped in December.
