Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time provided by our carriers. On rare occasions your package can arrive outside the estimated timeframe.
*Express shipping Germany: Delivered within one business day, if you order before 2 PM. Does not include deliveries on weekends and holidays. This means for instance an order received before 2 PM on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, while orders received on a Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.
For orders outside of Germany, import taxes, customs fees and charges may be levied by the destination country. Import duties and taxes are levied by the respective import customs office and are charged to the recipient. This includes additional charges for custom clearance. For more information please contact your local customs office.
Note that your parcel will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up in case you are not home to receive it. Any unclaimed parcels will be sent back to us at your own cost. Please be aware that we can't re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order
ORDERS FROM SWITZERLAND
If you are from Switzerland, please register with MeinEinkauf.ch via this link. MeinEinkauf.ch will then generate an individual email address for you, which you simply enter at checkout in the email address field. Please also ensure that the shipping address matches the address provided by MeinEinkauf.ch.
When ordering via MeinEinkauf, your shipping costs will be the same as for our German customers - which also applies to the delivery times. The costs for further processing on the part of MeinEinkauf are subject to MeinEinkauf.
What if my order contains pre-order items as well as items that are already available?
To keep shipping as sustainable as possible, we usually don't split orders. This means the items will be shipped together in one package, once the pre-order items become available. If that doesn't work for you, we kindly ask you to place separate orders. This also applies for pre-order items with different shipping date estimates, meaning we ship everything in one package once all items become available.
Example: Item A has an expected shipping date in November, while Item B will ship in December. Your order will be shipped in December.
When do I get a pre-order discount?
Our 15% pre-order discount only applies to new items & collections. Restocks of existing products are excluded from this offer.
Can pre-order items be returned or can I cancel my order?
Yes, like any item preorder items can be returned within our 28-day return window. They can also be cancelled at any time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While we hope that you will love your new Narah Soleigh piece(s), if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any unworn/unwashed items within 28 days of the delivery date. Returns that exceed this period will generally not be accepted.
To return an item, simply fill in the included return form and send the prepaid package to the following address - using the shipping provider of your choice:
We recommend choosing a traceable shipping method as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
Due to health regulations, all products must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and not damaged. Therefore recommend trying on garments over underwear, without removing the hygiene liner (bottoms only). Please make sure that the returned products still have their hygiene liners and labels attached (if included). If possible, use the original packaging - so we can re-use it again for another customer who selected our "re-use" option.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 days after receiving & examining the return.

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you would simply like to exchange an item for a different size. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org telling us which item(s) you would like to exchange. Once we have checked if it's available & confirmed your exchange you simply ship your item(s) to:
Your exchange items will be shipped as soon as we received & checked your initial items. Note that we cover the costs of sending the exchanged item to you, while you cover the initial return shipping. This only applies for orders to Mainland EU Europe. If you are from a different region, please place another order & return the other item(s) at your own cost.
